Let's get one thing clear, Somatic work isn’t about fixing - you are already whole. You are enough exactly as you are.

It’s about guiding you inwards to unify all parts of you - your mind, body, emotions and soul.

So many people are disconnected from their internal world – unaware that their physical symptoms could be a byproduct of mental, emotional and spiritual misalignment and disconnection. ​As the saying goes ‘you’ve got to feel it, to heal it’. In Somatic work, this doesn’t mean revisiting the experience, like in traditional talking therapy - instead, these sessions are a safe space to connect, listen and become aware of what your body is trying to tell you in the present moment. Whether this is through intuitive dance, breath work, yoga and other somatic practices. Somatic work equips you with valuable tools to help you turn down the volume on the outside world, so you can hear the feedback of your internal world.

 

Your body is constantly communicating with you, you simply just need to listen.

What are the benefits of Somatic Coaching?

Somatic coaching can help with stress management, enhanced emotional regulation, deeper self-awareness, better communication skills, stronger relationships, increased resilience, and the ability to release blocked emotions and trauma by identifying your body's unique response to life's events through tapping into sensation on a deeper level.

If you're feeling burnt out, stuck, disconnected, lost, struggling to regulate your emotions, suffering from chronic pain and stress, Somatic work can provide you with tools to help you access calm, balance and peace within. 

1:1 Somatic Coaching

These are one-to-one sessions with me, tailored to your needs. My coaching style is nurturing, grounded and focused.

As a Somatic coach I am here to listen, guide and support you on your healing journey.

What does a session look like? 

 

Each session is an opportunity for you to come out of your mind and into your body. We’ll start by checking in to see what is present for you and what you would like to work through in the session. I’ll be bringing in different somatic tools ranging from breath work, movement, visualisation, self-guided somatic touch, NLP and CBT exercises to guide you into balance. 

 

All emotions are welcome here. This is your safe space to feel heard and seen in the beauty and wholeness of you. â€‹

An in-depth session to help you release emotional blockages, gain clarity on next steps and feel empowered.

Qualifications & Background

  • Qualified Integrative Somatic Practitioner and Life Purpose coach (Integrative Wellness Academy)

  • Yin Yoga teacher (Radiantly Alive) - in training

  • Visual Artist, channeling my soul expression and emotions into etheric abstract creations.

  • A Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Event Management and Marketing with a decade of experience working at creative agencies, charities and for a global marketing agency.
