Let's get one thing clear, Somatic work isn’t about fixing - you are already whole. You are enough exactly as you are.

It’s about guiding you inwards to unify all parts of you, your mind, body, emotions and soul.

So many people are disconnected from their internal world, unaware that their physical symptoms could be a byproduct of mental, emotional and spiritual misalignment and disconnection. ​As the saying goes ‘you’ve got to feel it, to heal it’, but this doesn’t mean revisiting the experience, like in traditional talking therapy - instead, Somatic work invites you to listen to what your body is communicating by meeting emotion and sensation with acknowledgment. Helping you turn down the volume on the outside world, so you can hear the feedback of your internal world.

We’ll start by exploring what is present for you in your mind, body and emotions, beginning with a short somatic practice to come into presence.

Together we'll explore different somatic tools ranging from breath work, movement, visualisation, self-guided somatic touch and NLP exercises to locate, feel and meet emotions and sensations in the body. 

Release & Renewal

Each session is an opportunity to meet parts of yourself with compassion and curiosity. â€‹ Together we will co-create a personalised somatic self-care plan and build on this as your somatic journey continues.
