"When I create, I enter a state of flow, where I can channel my emotions, feel present and heal."

Artist statement
Harriet Adkin was born in Sidcup, Kent in 1993.
Appearing as rich, etheric scenes, Harriet’s work transports us to otherworldly realms in an exploration of consciousness.
The journey of each art piece evolves from a series of rituals that connect her with her body and intuition. With an intuitive approach, she combines watercolour pigment and oil paint to dictate the tonality of her predominantly abstract creations.
Harriet’s art serves as a conduit for emotional connection. Her paintings act as mirrors, gently revealing what viewers may need to process, release, and heal within themselves.
