How will it work exactly?
Every Monday, you'll receive an email from me which will include: your recorded coaching session, reflection prompts and a simple integration exercise. This is a self-paced programme designed with your busy life in mind. You will also receive on-going, live support throughout the month.
What makes this different from just listening to podcasts or reading self-help books?
This programme goes beyond intellectual understanding. Alongside teaching, you’ll be guided through real-life integration work to help create change on a nervous system level, not just in the mind. You'll also have me as an accountability partner the whole way through.
I’ve been people-pleasing for years… can this actually change?
Yes, but gently and gradually. People-pleasing is a learned survival pattern, not your identity. The goal isn’t perfection or becoming a completely different person overnight. It’s building awareness, self-trust, and safety within yourself so you can start responding differently over time.
How much time do I need to commit to this each week?
The recorded coaching session will be around 60 minutes, which you can pause, resume and playback at any time. Integration work could be 5 mins per day, but really depends on how determined you are to break patterns of people-pleasing. Your commitment to the work will determine how fast your start to see changes.
Will there be continued support after the programme ends?
Of course! This isn’t the end, it’s the beginning. There will be opportunities to continue working with me, either through further 1:1 support or as part of a community (that I'm in the process of building, exciting stuff!).
What if I'm still not sure?
If your body is saying yes and your mind is saying maybe, that’s normal. Just remember: anything new, is also currently unfamiliar to your body, but that doesn't mean it's wrong.
